- Organize the daily workload for all outbound shipments to meet Customer request, promise and delivery dates, ensuring Logistics regulations and procedures are followed. Coordination between warehouse and customers for all material movements
- Responsible to prepare dispatch documents are sent for legalization where required
- Knowledge of handling overseas shipments and related port and customs procedures
- Ensuring labelling of materials are compliant
- Request for conformity certificates like Saber/KUCAS/SONCAP and Shipment release permits like CITC/CMC as required
- Issuing Certificates of Origin where required from Chamber
- Meeting internal customers to ensure correct planning is executed
- Archiving all outbound commercial and customs documents
- Keep record of best practice, train logistics team about actual country specific documentation requirements
