The role is accountable for project delivery, Project Performance and commercial success by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSE requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes.
- Ensures project execution, timely payment as per contract and financial close out with appropriate feedback.
- Work to achieve or improve “As-sold” project Gross Margin.
- Assist Sales and Marketing with proposal activities
- Monitors progress of the project work scope and accurately reports progress against the plan to key stakeholders and identifies project risks and issues.
- Ensures timely internal and external reporting.
- Contributes to people development by interfacing with project department and HR.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional certification (or equivalent)
- Mechanical engineering background preferable
- Minimum 13 years of experience in Project Management roles (Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Engineering Manager)
- Onshore and offshore experience with ADNOC
- Must have experience in managing large FEED scopes and projects execution
- Able to proactively manage the scope of the entire Project life cycle.
- Manage and determine the overall Project duration and when activities and events are planned to happen. Estimation of activities duration, taking into account requirements and resources availability.
- Should have experience of managing contract with the client
- Ensure the project deliverable meet the required needs of the stakeholders by developing and monitor a quality management plan
- Should have the ability to develop and agree budgets for the project and change initiatives, and to control forecast and actual costs against the budgets
- Should have ability to resolve conflicting information and the different priorities of key stakeholders to inform effective decision-making.
- Strong communication and project leadership skills
