What you will be doing
- Handling and supervising the whole Receiving team. Reviewing & allocating the staff to their Daily/weekly tasks and plan.
- Training/coaching the staff regularly.
- Responsible and making sure all the group rules and ethics are followed with in the dept.
- Responsible for total in and out movements in the Store/Receiving and making sure everything is recorded in systems and trackers.
- Making sure that all fresh merchandise is prioritized and must be displayed in the floor within 24 hours of receiving the shipment/PO/invoice.
- Coordinating with RDBS team to clear all the discrepancies with reporting on Jira and follow up.
- Keeping all the records of all Damage (New shipment/ Store/ customer/ Ecom/ photo shoot) merchandise.
- Updating and follow up on all the RTV/Pull outs with RDBS/Buyers and purchase coordinators.
- Responsible for timely pull out and completing the RTV process.
- Coordinating/planning & preparing for daily/Weekly/ Monthly and annual CC/SC.
- Responsible of conducting investigations as per brands pull out/CC or ST results.
- Responsible for Weekly RIFD stock count/completion and coordinating with RIFD team for all the issues.
- Making sure all the TRYANO location stock (system v/s physical) are matched and to update the line mangers if there is any concern and taking the necessary action with the approval for correction if required.
- Preparing the Rota of the staff on weekly and monthly basis and planning the AL.
- Team leadership – Manage a team of 10 receiving associate and effectively coordinate and direct team members and utilize staff to accomplish receiving tasks
- Logistics – Background in planning, prioritizing and coordinating shipping and receiving activities is a necessity
- Safety management – Establish and enforce safety procedures and protocols, understand best practices for maintaining safe workplaces
- Performance enhancement–Develop methods and practices to enhance existing processes and improve overall efficiency
- Communication skills –Communication with brands and within the group. Good level of English etiquette.
