Description
The Recruitment Partner is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for permanent positions, as well as managing internal mobility. You will make executive decisions on the candidates provided by the sourcing team, present these candidates to the Hiring Manager and be the main point of contact for both the Hiring Manager and the candidate throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles for permanent positions, as well as managing internal mobility
  • Providing Hiring Manager engagement, ensuring that there is visibility to the business at every stage
  • Meeting each line manager to discuss new vacancies and agree on a resourcing strategy
  • Briefing Internal Consultants who deal with the external candidate sourcing
  • Making executive decisions on the candidates provided by the sourcing team and presenting these candidates to the Hiring Manager
  • Be the main point of contact for both the Hiring Manager and the external candidate, relaying information between both parties to create a smooth recruitment process
  • Providing regular market information from both internal and external sources
  • Engaging with Hiring Managers to obtain feedback through each stage of the process
  • Acting as a dedicated point of candidate contact throughout the interview, offer, and onboarding stages
  • Providing credible and consultative advice and supporting the client during the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets
  • Acting as the interface to HR community/line management/Resource Solutions Management
  • Managing and reacting efficiently to volume recruitment
  • Acting as a partner to the business to ensure recruitment needs are met in a strategic manner
  • Ensuring appropriate levels of signoff prior to commencing job search
  • Managing the offer process – including providing up-to-date salary/rate and market information and comparison data from recent hires in the business area and successful transition from offer stage to start date
  • Ensuring ATS/in-house recruitment management solution is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Ensure compliance with all client policies
