We are looking for a dynamic & proactive Intern in our Regional Marketing team in UAE. You will play an active role in running various Marketing initiatives at the Dubai Expo 2020 and get exposed to a variety of marketing management tasks and get to work closely with stakeholders on various levels in the organization.

You should have a good command over spoken and written English. Arabic language fluency would be an added advantage.

The internship period will be for 6-8 months. You will be required to visit the Expo site a couple of times a week. Hence having your own transport would be easier (all expenses to be reimbursed by Maersk). Previous experience of event coordination would also be an advantage.

• Liaise with external entities at the expo to set up events and partake in networking opportunities in conferences etc
• Manage customer-facing events by providing a consistently high-quality experience for new and existing customers
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication flow.
• Project management skills managing different campaigns at one time
• Self-starter who excels working independently and as part of a team.
