- You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure that service standards are met with friendly and dedicated service
- They handle the concerns of the guests and react quickly, follow up and notify the responsible departments in order to guarantee unforgettable moments for our guests
- They make sure that the staff are informed on a daily basis of the priorities in personalizing the service

- A service- minded personality is essential
