Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure works are fully coordinated with Operations department regarding the timeliness and quality assurance.
- Review and recommend the initial design concept and detailed working drawing from the tenant ensuring compliance with the retail design guidelines and lease agreement.
- Verify that the tenants contractor has obtained the necessary local authorities approvals, obtained appropriate third party liability insurance and paid the required mall services fees to allow the works as planned.
- Monitor and inspect the shop fit out works in terms of conformance to design quality and specifications through regular inspections, issuing of default notices, providing approvals and holding weekly progress meetings supported with appropriate reports.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in retail environment with strong emphasis on design phases.
- Computer skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
- High communication skills in both languages English and Arabic.
