Job Purpose –
Primary responsibility of the role is to ensure the night audit process of the hotel is run perfectly.Key Accountabilities –
- Perform night audit of hotel and outlet for revenue as per existing procedures.
- Prepare pre post room revenue report audit and assess adjustment after revenue posting.
- Administer and compile daily Restaurant Revenue Report data and perform audit on Service journals and r tapes to classify under different heads.
- Monitor audit journals and reports from front office computer system and point of service.
- Generate revenue or allowances and or expenses reports in the form of the Guest Ledger Summary and the Daily Restaurant Summary.
- Prepare daily balance sheet of all revenue and settlement accounts and file up details for reference.
- Administer and reset accounting system for all new operations
- Manage General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for accountability and transparency for all audits
- Ensure proper maintenance of credit and accounting procedures.
- Other Duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
EducationDiploma or Degree in Accounts
Job Experience
Minimum 1-2 year of experience as a Night Auditor in 3 or 4-star hotel.Others
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of FMS material management system, Opera and Sun Accounting System
- A team player, willing to learn and perform with the team.
