Key Accountabilities
- Extensive management of the GMs schedule.
- Liaising with business partners, HODs, clients, colleagues and other internal and external parties on behalf of the GM.
- Management and oversight of business projects.
- Producing timelines and reviews of projects.
- Researching new business ventures or projects on behalf of the GM.
- Attending meetings and recording minutes, actions and accountabilities.
- Producing and collating high quality documents and presentations.
- Arranging social events, dinners and other meetings.
- Deliver results to deadlines taking a flexible and proactive approach.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

Experience
University Graduate2+ years relevant work experience in a fast based business environment
