Job Description:
- You will be involved in processing project assignments, which will be supplied to you by the sales department.
- The creation and sending of project invoices, including the processing of additional/less work, are also part of your work.
- You also handle disputes and claims about project invoices and you ensure the registration and sending of the declarations.
In addition to all these activities, you also take care of the project administration for the distribution of the monthly reports to the account managers and contract management.
Job Experience:
- Relevant work experience.
- Extensive experience with MS Office
