Warranty Administrator | Trading Enterprises | Dubai
About the Position:
We are currently looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator to process warranty / contracts claims originating from all Trading Enterprises branches and ensure minimum amount due from principals efficiently and with quality.Reporting to the MIS & Warranty Manager, your key responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensure to complete warranty/contracts processing on time to reduce contracts WIP’s in order to facilitate the workshops to invoice their pending warranty/contracts jobs as soon as possible.
- Assist all branches sales staff by answering queries, quoting and resolving their contracts related issues.
- Get OJT & all other necessary trainings to be more competent & productive.
- Receive credit note from Principal and process the same to reconcile outstanding accounts.
- Ensure to work as team professionally & efficiently by adopting supporting style to achieve the set targets.
- Ensure excellent quality of warranty/contracts processing to minimise rejection and outstanding amount and maximise repayment from Principals.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Degree or Diploma preferably in Automobile Engineering. You should have at least 2 -4 years in a major automotive manufacturer or dealership / distributorship as a Warranty / Contracts Assistant. Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory. You must be well versed with warranty policies and procedures and its implementation and has the ability to evaluate the warranty processes.You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel is required and SAP knowledge is a definite advantage!
