Description
Hiring a Document controller for Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information and assistance to internal and external personnel to facilitate compliance with documentation and processes.
- Screen and review document submittals prior receiving to streamline standardized procedures.
- Receive customers, employees, and representatives of service providers to receive documents, records data, and handover documents.
- Scan, record, upload and distribute documents through Document Management.
- Keep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain necessary access.
- Action workflows daily related to document management.
- Assist internal staff with accessing documents through document management systems.
- Organize documents in the filing room.
- Answer internal and external telephonic and email queries on behalf of supported departments.
- Maintain filing room for easy retrievals.
- Archive original documents into barcoded boxes and insert records into the tracking system.
- Maintain confidentiality with sensitive documentations.
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder with experience as Document controller.
- Experience in controlling documents using EDMS.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge in MS Applications and has proficient typing skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility.
- Good team player.
