DESCRIPTION
Hiring a Retail Sales Associate for Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assess customer's needs; provide assistance by answering queries and product information.
- Build productive trust relationships with customers.
- Drive sales by going the extra mile.
- Work towards achieving sales goals.
- Actively seek out customers in store.
- Enter and maintain customer information in the database.
- Remain up to date on new products and features.
- Process point of sale (POS) purchases.
- Generate daily sales and other reports.
- Manage and account for daily cash sales.
- Handle product returns, customer complaints and other concerns.
- Maintain product stock, store appearance and product displays.
- Work with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
Key Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Two years experience as Retail sales Associate.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Good Team Player.
