Hiring a HR Assistant for Abu Dhabi.Key Responsibilities:
- Process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to labour and immigration.
- Keeps track of visa application and source documents. Contacts originators of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Process and record data for each employee, including such information as insurance, visa, labour card and passport details.
- Prepares, keeps records and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered.
- Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
- Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer following format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.
- Provides routine office support such as filing, making copies, faxing, answering phones, prepares correspondence for mailing, and delivering and picking up correspondence.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management with experience in HR Field.
- Good communication skills verbal and written.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Knowledge of UAE labour regulation.
- Ability to work with speed and accuracy.
