Responsibilities
- The Sales Coordinator will support sales managers in the Worldwide Sales office by providing assistance in managing internal and customer sales events in a cost effective and efficient manner.
- The Sales Coordinator will also support customer development initiatives by creating materials for general sales efforts.
- Responsibilities include all aspects of event planning (including location selection, invitation design (and mailing), budgeting, creation of marketing materials, tracking and attendance at events) and creating design solutions for internal projects and marketing efforts.
- Assist in any project assigned by the Director of Sales/Director of Marketing or Hotel Management.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Can work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced demanding environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within 5* luxury hotel/brand standalone restaurant.
