Job Details
3 years of overall experience with minimum of 2 years local experience in an MNCBachelor’s degree, with fluency in spoken and written English and preferably Arabic.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Recruitment
- Employee Relations
- Support Operations and Store Directors in managing and developing the store management team
- Support Managers in managing and developing the store team
- Guaranteeing corporate policy regarding Health and Safety, as well as corporate projects
- Establishing and controlling HR budgets
Mandatory
- Valid UAE Driving license preferably with own car
- With previous store management experience with involvement in employee relations, disciplinary , store staff recruitment, training etc
- fashion retail experience.
