Job Description:
Kent is recruiting an Internal Performance Analyst for one of our prestigious PMC Project based in Abu Dhabi.The candidate must have experience in Performance Management, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry, with strong communication, presentation and business report writing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with the functional managers and division managers to ensure the execution of KPIs and objectives.
- Report business improvement opportunities through close coordination with stakeholders.
- Support the development of the Divisional and Function Balance Scorecards.
- Prepare TC&P Monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Support line management in achieving results by following up the recovery plan.
- Monthly update performance management system
Knowledge/ Skill and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Management preferably in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Knowledge of the balances scorecards framework in Oil & Gas industry
- Analytical, negotiations and problem-solving skills.
- High level of communication, presentation of technical and business writing skills.
- Advance knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point)
Qualification/ Certification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent.
