1: Customer Service Officer

• BA Degree or Diploma/Level IV in Accounting/ Management/Banking & Finance/ Economics or relevant Field of Study with 1 year relevant banking experience for BA Degree holders or 2 years relevant banking experience for Diploma/Level IV holders.
• Additional/special skill: Knowledge of basic computer skill is needed for all positions,
• Place of work : At Branches found under Finfinne Districts
• Please note that, registration place for the position of Customer Service Officer shall be at one of OIB’s District that found at Finfinne i.e.:
• East Finfinne District(located on OIB Building located at Bole, Africa Avenue, adjacent to Getu Commercial Center, 3rd floor),
• West Finfinne District(located on Biftu Building, located at Mexico, in front of AAU, School of Commerce),
• North Finfinne District(located at Lamberet, on Lame Dairy Building, adjacent to OIB, Baro Tumsa Branch), and
• South Finfinne District (located around Mexico, Goma Kuteba where OIB, Oda Branch is found). Moreover, Customer Service Officer Position applicants are required to choose one of the captioned Districts and apply at one District only.
