Hiring a Civil Engineer for Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• To identify project requirements in coordination with end users to ensure satisfactory results.
• To lead the planning and implementation of projects, and prepare terms of reference, project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and estimates in-line with better market rates to ensure cost savings.
• To handle project resource allocation, quality assurance and document control for the project identified.
• Plan, schedule and manage project timelines and track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
• To provide support to the project team therefore contributing to the smooth functioning of all activities within the project team.
• To utilize all resources efficiently and cut cost when feasible without compromising quality and safety of company.
• To constantly monitor status report on project progress of the project therefore keeping a track of progress and ensuring that the project is on time and on budget.
• To carry out site visits on random basis and ensure the work progress is on time and to meet the quality of company standards.
• To prepare the budget for all upcoming projects and ensure to check all the required details and approvals.
• To review and check all technical submissions received from the contractors and ensure that all requirements are met. Prepare the final technical report for final decision and ensure to add the best recommendation for the management.
• To review and check contractor’s invoices and ensure all amounts are paid as per progress & agreed payment terms and conditions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Three to five years minimum experience handling civil projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills.
• Team Leadership.
