Description
Hiring a Storekeeper for Dubai.Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and inspecting all incoming materials and reconciling with purchase orders/Invoices; reporting documents and tracking damages and discrepancies on orders received.
- Responsible for the timely issuance of materials from stock to the project upon request, and for the proper administration of returned materials or finished products by the operations team.
- Responsible for the proper inspection, handling, storage, and documentation of materials received from suppliers.
- Responsible for the proper storage of materials at the project warehouse and for minimizing damage/wastage.
- Responsible for conducting periodic stock inventory and report to procurement manager on regular basis.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the inventory management system in the project warehouse.
- Adhere to safety standards in the warehouse
- Update and maintains warehouse records into ERP system.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Minimum three years experience as a storekeeper.
- Computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
