Hiring a Storekeeper for Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and inspecting all incoming materials and reconciling with purchase orders/Invoices; reporting documents and tracking damages and discrepancies on orders received.
  • Responsible for the timely issuance of materials from stock to the project upon request, and for the proper administration of returned materials or finished products by the operations team.
  • Responsible for the proper inspection, handling, storage, and documentation of materials received from suppliers.
  • Responsible for the proper storage of materials at the project warehouse and for minimizing damage/wastage.
  • Responsible for conducting periodic stock inventory and report to procurement manager on regular basis.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the inventory management system in the project warehouse.
  • Adhere to safety standards in the warehouse
  • Update and maintains warehouse records into ERP system.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.
  • Minimum three years experience as a storekeeper.
  • Computer literate with effective and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and have a high level attention to detail.
