Job Description

• Acts as dealer’s representative to the customer and customer’s representative to the service shop and controls workshop activities
• Customer and workshop handling
• Prepare parts and service quotations, job cards, delivery and invoices
• Handle the Export deals
• Quotations follow up
• Maintain the customer master list
• Suggest the parts packages details
• Assist the Management in the bulk orders, tenders and administration works
• Prepare and submit sales report, workshop productivity report etc.
• Monitor the quality of services
• Provide required technical assistance to the technicians
• Negotiating quotations, contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs

Experience

2-3 years UAE experience

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing knowledge
• Computer knowledge
• Linguistic Skills (English & Arabic)
