Overview
Marketing manager will develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels. Applicant should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution, working with managing director to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Ensure website is up to date with active listings.Responsibilities & Duties
- Be insightful and creative and bring new ideas to the table also able to position brand in the market with strong strategies.
- Optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition and lead conversion rate optimization
- Manage company website and ensure all active listings are up to date
- Ensure landing pages for each new project is created on timely basis
- Develop and monitor website campaigns & budgets
- Plan and manage SEO/Google AdWords and Analytics platforms
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance
- Optimize campaigns to improve marketing results which turns into leads generation to support our sales team.
- Design, implement and review public relations programs and where necessary act as the contact person for PR activities for the company including participation and setting up open house, trade shows, road shows or similar events
- Other Company related duties that may be assigned by the Director that are consistent with the department and Company mandate
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
- In-depth knowledge of Organic SEO factors and key algorithm updates
- Hands-on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- Understanding of Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager
