• BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or Construction Management or any relevant field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant position. Experience in road construction projects is highly mandatory.
• Planning, leading, basic computer application skill, Human skill, report writing skill and conceptual skill.
