Job Purpose
Primary responsibility of the role is handling the purchase requests to ensure smooth running of the operations and ensuring all protocols are followed for the same.Key Accountabilities
- Handle purchase requests, make purchase orders and ensure completion to support operations.
- ERP data entry and timely submission of documents to CoE Finance.
- Liaise with vendors and transportation partners to get timely quotes.
- Maintain purchase request to purchase order tracker and weekly updates to line manager.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceEducation
Diploma or Degree in Accounts preferably in Supply Chain Management
Job Experience
Minimum 6-12 months of experience in F&B and know-how of supply chain.Others
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with system software and spreadsheet
- Knowledge of FMS material management system
- A team player, willing to learn and perform with the team.
