Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education)
Travel Percentage : 50 - 75%

Key Purpose of the Role:

 Achieve monthly sales targets aligned to overall company objectives
 Actively sell a number of different WorldPay products to new SME customers with annual turnover of <1m, within a defined territory
 Build professional relationships across your local business network, joining business forums and attending business events
 Develop pipeline of prospective new customers, including referrals from new and existing partners and introducers
 Develop monthly strategy and business plan for innovative ideas to attract new business and extend market share
 Drive revenue growth in line with pricing policy
 Work with customer service and boarding teams to resolve customer queries and ensure a seamless service for the customer

Key Responsibilities:

 To manage and nurture customer relationships within a defined territory
 Support and join local business networks to build relationships as local Worldpay business representative
 Generate new business and proactively manage pipeline of leads within area through a range of relationships and networking within your area
 Partner with key stakeholders within Worldpay’s recognised network, ensuring Worldpay is first choice for all referrals
 Utilise tools and technology to find and make contact with local prospects
 Build and maintain a network of introducers
 Share leads with other Regional Business Managers, Tele sales teams and Corporate Business as appropriate
 Apply the Worldpay sales methodology technique in order to identify customer needs, propose correct solutions, negotiate and agree best terms possible for Company and customer
 Complete appropriate paperwork with customer adhering to legal and compliance policies and standards, and ‘right first time’ guidelines
 Identify cross selling opportunities
 Understand and develop local relationships and knowledge of territory, use local knowledge to fuel self generation of leads.
 Be able to feed back on local trends including, competitor insight, customer needs, sales and lead information, product and marketing requirements
 Support Regional Director with induction of new team members, sharing best practice and buddying when required
 Conduct risk audit and assessment of new businesses to minimise risks to WorldPay
 Partnering with new customers to ensure ‘go live’ date achieved
 Assist with resolution of customer queries where necessary
