Job Description:
- Administrative support for the production site in UAE, including data maintenance, word processing, etc.
- Planning and coordination of internal events at the location
- General reception activities (correspondence with customers, mail processing, telephone service, receiving guests)
- Responsibility for the inventory of office supplies, including ordering
- Communication interface between internal and external contact persons
Job Requirements:
- Several years of experience in the office area and / or in the administrative area
- Very good MS Office user skills
- High degree of service orientation as well as flexibility and independent, precise way of working
