We are able to achieve this with our in-built, pioneering cloud kitchen technology - a first-of-its-kind innovation.
Our services have also expanded beyond the kitchen to include groceries - Shop Kitopi, subscription-based meal plans, and a first-of-its-kind on-demand food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Kitopi currently operates more than 60 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain, thanks to more than 2000 amazing Kitopians.

What You'll Do
You will report to and work to support an Executive Assistant managing the company CEO, plus up to 2 members of our management team (allocated positions to be announced upon hire). Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to;- Book travel arrangements and produce agendas
- Provide general support to the Executive Assistant and management team
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Reply to email, telephone, or face-to-face enquiries.
- Confirm restaurant reservations, and book catering for management meetings
What Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years previous experience as a management assistant or similar. The candidate will be working in a fast-paced and exciting environment, so should be ready to go above and beyond where needed. The desirable candidate would have the following skills;- A proven relevant administrative support experience
- In-depth understanding of Google Suite, Gmail, and be generally tech-savvy
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Professional level verbal and written communication skills. Spoken and written English required, Arabic is advantageous
- Private, and trustworthy.
