- Post A/R invoices
- Match documents and verify prices
- Sent invoices to customers via email and EDI web portal
- Post cash receipts
- Obtain backup documentation of charge-backs and deductions
- Post credits/charge-backs in accounting system
- Dispute and collect on unauthorized charge-backs
- Collection calls/emails as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience within Accounts Receivable
- Consumer Goods industry required
- NetSuite experience highly preferred
- Experience working with Amazon, Walmart retailers required
- Ability to start new role ASAP and work fully remote required
