Mobility
- Immigration processing/coordination with ADOS for both VTSA & VFS administrative task and visit to Immigration office when required.
- Manage all activities related to the relocation/repatriation process, including those performed by third parties. Provide continuing advice and support, maintaining regular contact throughout the assignment.
Working time :
- Maintain and update leave days, absent, including sick leave in our data base, make sure that they're all up to date.
- Monitor monthly OT provided by operation team and to make sure it's correct and submitted on time for payroll processing.
Compliance :
- Communicate with other employees, departments, applicants for purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, procedures, personnel records, and related legal requirements.
- Maintains manual and electronic documents, personal files and records (e.g. personnel records, employees list) for the purpose of providing accurate information.
- Responds to written and verbal inquiries from variety of internal and external sources (e.g. administrators, labors, banks)
Purchasing :
- Manage/support daily routine admin job related to all employees including VTSA & VFS remotely/that includes travel booking, organizing necessary arrangement for travelers either local or international.
- Administer Purchase Request (PR) related to all admin task, supplier invoices.
- Validate /review invoices submit by all different suppliers.
- Review monthly Etisalat invoices and make sure it is consumed for business related purposes. Anything above the normal should be communicated to head of department.
Others :
Serve as a backup when PRO is on leave => able to manage PRO job related/ministries/ and other governmental job related.KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Scope: HR management of VME staff which includes commercial and supply chain teams of OCTG and PPD, but also Field Service teams, shared services like sourcing and financial/controlling teams.A particular aspect of the mission is to ensure a strong control and implementation of Vallourec UAE HR policies, as well as a piloting of VME competencies to ensure we maintain the skills of the company.
Skills and Knowledge
- Experienced in visa and other transactions, knowledge of JAFZA and UAE Labour Law.
- Well-developed skills in written and spoken English.
- Microsoft Office and computer literacy a must
- Able to work under pressure to demanding time pressures and to meet deadlines
- Able to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation always
- Able to understand and adapt to cultural sensitivities
