Description
Coordinating the production and workflow of SABIS® books and E-books from planning to printing/RCMS (Release to Content Management System) in order to ensure a smooth and efficient process.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring effective reporting to management and stakeholders on project and progress.
- Generating and formulating analysis reports, reflecting the status and potential risks of all projects, as well as resource allocations and cost variations.
- Coordinating project activities and ensuring all project phases are done appropriately and progress status monitored regularly.
- Compiling project status reports, coordinating projects schedules and managing project meetings.
- Following up on project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, resource availability and allocation while accounting for risks and other factors.
Ideal Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
- English proficient, French, Spanish, Kurdish, and Portuguese are a plus
- Professional Behavior and Ethical Conduct
- Communication skills
- Ability to work within a team
