Shoruk Group Looking for Data Entry Clerk for Dubai office to perform day to day data entry task for documentation and presentation purpose.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF DATA ENTRY CLERK

  • Entering and updating information into relevant databases.
  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, details, documents, information, and clients.
  • Organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets.
  • Ensuring data is backed up.
  • Check source documents for accuracy
  • Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
  • Identify data entry using appropriate quality control methods
  • Prepare relevant reports as needed
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information
  • Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • 3 years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch-typing skills.
  • Can work on overtime as needed as data entry staff.
