LOCATION: New York, NYDescription:
Our client, an international law firm in midtown Manhattan, is looking to take on multiple desktop support technicians on a 3-month contract to help the firm as it returns to the office. These desktop support consultants will be responsible for unpacking equipment, installing workstations, monitors, IP phones, printers, imaging machines, configuring IBM & MacBook laptops, configuring mobile devices (Iphone/Ipads, etc), MobileIron MDM, basic A/V setups, web meetings, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. They will also provide support on some desktop software issues involving Windows 10, MS Office 365, Citrix, VPN, and iManage document management.Candidate Must Haves:
-Candidates need to have 2-5 years of desktop support experience in corporate environments.-Candidates need to have solid experience with installing and configuring desktop/laptops, mobile devices, and IP phones.
-Candidates need to have solid troubleshooting skills with hardware and software.
-Candidates need to have strong customer service skills and be able to work in a high pressure legal environment.
-Any Audio-Visual experience is a plus.
