Job Summary
Emerson is looking for a Public Relations Supervisor for our Headquarters in Dubai. The role leads the entire process for the full employment visa cycle and the application/renewal process of Emerson licenses attached to Emerson FZE.Job Responsibilities
- To handle all activities related to new employment and business visas; manual or electronic submission, follow-up and collection to ensure that the visas are processed on time to support the business.
- To promptly renew, update, and maintain all Dubai-based employees’ visas, Residency Permits, labour cards, and labour contracts to ensure that the company’s records are up-to-date in the labour and Immigration Departments.
- To submit, follow-up and collect all sorts of documents, applications, and licenses.
- To maintain Trade/Industrial/Service License renewal for Emerson FZE/ECT /Virgo/Emr AutSol FZE/ Fujairah/DIFC.
- To review daily visa applications processed through JAFZA with the team members and documents waiting for employees to ensure we respond to Immigration/JAFZA/Employees timely.
- To coordinate relationship with third party company (DDS) for visa typing application and monitor visa invoices weekly and forward for approval/payment and manage daily activities/concerns.
- To review Passport, JAFZA letters tracker monthly & discard expired letters.
- To maintain the visa process up to date for employees, their line managers and HR managers.
- To keep practices up to date regarding access cards and required documents
- To support JAFZA Board Director/Manager/Secretary/ Shareholder changes
- To coordinate other Attestations (Distribution agreements/LBP Service contracts/Financial statements/Product Brand names/License True copy etc..) with JAFZA authorities and internal stakeholders.
- To manage the PRO team with daily activities of Employee New/renewal/ cancellation/JAFZA cards/Letters etc...
- To set and track PKIs related to the scope and take corrective actions – when required - to reach targets
- To collect and provide periodic updates from the government authorities in UAE on all Labour and immigration rules to keep the HR department up to date with all changes in the rules and procedures
- To collaborate actively with different functions (Legal, Finance, Facilities…) to bring required support whenever Jafza authorities is involved.
- To establish professional and partnering relationships with JAFZA authorities to guarantee Emerson compliance up to date
Requirements
You should have a Bachelor degree and between 5-8 years of experience as a PRO in the United Arab Emirates. Additionally, you should have team management experience and be familiar with JAFZA authority’s organization and processes.Competencies
