Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Relationship Manager - Business, the job holder shall be responsible for stimulate the increase of customers, deposit mobilizations, linking customer to mobile banking, ensuring all accounts opened are funded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Origination
• Listening to customer queries and providing appropriate solutions including referring them to branch for closure
• Cross selling and upselling other bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
• 50% retention of deposits.
• 100% Linking of accounts originated to mobile banking
• Compliance to policies and procedures 100%

Education & Experience:

• The applicant should possess a good bachelor’s degree in any field preferably Business/Economics related field.
• Excellent financial and business analytical skills
• Excellent documentation and process management skills
• Computer literate
