Job Description
- Ensure smooth operation of dispatch by processing sales order.
- Evaluate performance of employees in a predefined format day to day and provide grade in monthly base.
- Provide real-time dispatch report to his/her immediate superior.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries posted.
- Provide and monitor the necessary documents sent from sales division for dispatch.
- Communicate with drivers and follow procedures to instruct driver and record information.
- Work with other dispatch staff to communicate with customers.
- Maintain records, logs, and schedules of cement dispatches to trucks.
- Prepare reports on all dispatching activities occurring during their shifts and as requested.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience.N.B. Afan Oromo language speaking and writing ability is advantageous.
