We’re looking for a proactive Hilti Store Representative to join our sales team. You will have a passion for sales and you’ll develop broad product knowledge across the complete Hilti catalogue to offer outstanding service to our customers.Who is Hilti?

What does the role involve?
As a Hilti Store representative, you’ll look after our retail store, serving local clients ranging from sole traders to large construction projects. It’s a busy, hands-on role, where you’ll demonstrate our products, cross-sell our software and services, and advise customers on the most innovative and cost-efficient solutions for their needs. Between serving customers, you’ll carry out day-to-day processes like entering orders, receiving goods, accepting repairs and managing cash and inventories.We’re proud to rank in Great Places to Work as one of the world’s best multinational workplaces.

- A Bachelor’s degree; an Engineering degree is a plus
- Proficiency in English & Arabic – written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
- A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment
- A proven track-record as a top-performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team oriented, self-driven attitude
