Storekeeper/Receiving Clerk
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team. You communicate well with all contacts, anticipate and resolve issues, and update team your various projects.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
- Ensure that stocks are maintained as per the par levels, generate re-order list and forward it to Inventory Supervisor.
- Issue stock as per the requisition request received from the departments.
- Adhere to store issue timings and do not issue any item without requisition.
- Conduct cycle inventory to ensure that month end inventory balances without difficulties.
- Post daily requisitions prior to the end of the day
- Assist Inventory Supervisor to conduct monthly stores inventories.
Your experience and skills include:
- Knowledge about Municipality Regulation on Health, Hygiene and Safety.
- Basic knowledge of work related automated inventory management and reporting systems.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised and capable of managing more than one tasks at a time.
