What you will be doing:
- Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation, amenities and special requests of Guests.
- Relive Assistant Front Office Manager in operation meetings & daily morning briefings.
- Overlook on all Front Office Operation; ensure smooth, transparency & effective communication with Front Office Supervisors & Chief Concierge.
- Arrange & lead the monthly Front Office Operation Meeting along with the AFOM.
- Register and process check in for all arrivals.
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
