Job Description:
- To monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization.
- Installation and configuration of IT equipment such as computer systems, printers, scanners, phones, etc.
- Diagnose hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications issues, either over the phone or in person.
- Keeping track of stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
- To maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
- Sound knowledge on operating the A/V equipment.
