We are looking for a Junior Accountant / Data Entry Assistant for Zainab Hardware Trading Est. located in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi with experience as an accountant & data entry. Accommodation provided by us.Job requirements:
- Zero to two years of relevant work experience as an accountant & data entry
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed.
- Track and reconcile the bank statements.
- Preparing payment requests for all transactions in the company.
- Help with financial data entry and general bookkeeping.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare receipts, payments, vouchers, invoices, etc. on the finance system.
- Attend and take notes at all financial department meetings.
- Adhere to current accounting/finance laws and regulations.
- Assist in Senior Accountant in the preparation of Accounting reports.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Basic Computer Knowledge (Experience in using Tally is an asset).
- Language: Urdu/Hindi is a must. (Bangla is an asset/optional).
