Job Information:

1) Handling parent and student course enquiries
2) Handling daily affairs: roll call, registration, fees, accounts and records
3) General administrative and clerical work
4) Assist in handling school marketing
5) Manage IG and FACEBOOK
6) Keep the classroom tidy and clean
7) Process purchases, asset inventory and warehouse records

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Familiar with basic computer MS Word / Excel/ Photoshop / AI and English typing
  • Work experience in educational institutions is preferred
  • Able to communicate in simple English
  • Have good interpersonal relations and time management skills, and have teamwork spirit
