Job Description
- Manage day to day HR operations for a small UAE employee population
- Handle employee relations and implement local policy and process
- Implement employee engagement and company culture initiatives
- Oversee payroll process
- Manage local recruitment processes
- Coordinate training and performance management reviews
- Work with the CHRO on adhoc projects that may be outside of the UAE
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years in a generalist HR role ideally with experience in an individual contributor role
- UAE experience is essential - unfortunately, you will not be considered without it
- CIPD or similar HR qualification
- Knowledge of the retail distribution industry will be favorable (candidates who have experience in large regional retailers will be considered highly)
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable with business travel to South East Asia 2-3 times a year
