What would you do:
- He led and supervised the daily work of the department to ensure compliance with service standards along with a friendly and committed service.
- He took into account guests' requests and quickly responded to them, tracking and notifying the relevant departments to guarantee unforgettable moments to our guests
- He took care of it, that employees are informed about daily priorities for a friendly and personalized service
Your experience and skills include:
- Personality focused on the needs of guests
- Experience in a similar position as a leader will be an asset
- Previous experience working with Opera or a similar system
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, being a leader and an example for the team
