Job Description:
- Coordinate and support the operations of the after sales department.
- Review and update the maintenance contracts with the customer.
- Receive the calls and dispatch the technicians for call back service.
- Control and verify accuracy of all repair and service documents.
- In charge of AS debtors’ collection.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant field. Two years minimum experience in similar position. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
