Job Information:
- Managing and coaching Account Managers from the showroom in UAE. You report to the Managing Director and you work to improve the results of your sales team and region
- You manage a customer base within the region assigned to you that is composed of all customers from the different channels in which we operate, namely Wholesale and Franchise
- Within your segment, but also for the regions of your team members, you are responsible for:
- Collection sales / purchasing based on analyses
- Increasing productivity per month through POS, visiting Stores and actively reordering collection
- Budgeting and planning
- prospecting
Job Requirements:
- You have a good network and you have experience in negotiating with larger partners
- You have strategic insight and demonstrable experience in leadership
- You are a commercial talent and you have numerical insight and analytical skills
- You have excellent social and communication skills
- Must have College Degree in Sales
