THE POSITION

Assitant to General Manager will be directly reporting to the Boehringer Ingelheim General Manager/Head of Human Pharma GulfIP in Dubai.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Manages planning and execution of communication and logistics organization of internal & external meetings and consults on compliance.
  • Project Management.
  • Creation and implementation of process related tools and platforms.
  • Payment Management.
  • Compliance expert.
  • Local crisis management.
  • Systems Management for audit readiness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Similar work experience in a multinational environment. Work experience in pharma industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in project and event management.
  • Experience in operational planning.
  • Ability to balance an understanding of the business and employee needs.
  • Flexibility and agility required to manage and support constant changes in the organization and need for continuous improvements.
  • Passion for Communications with good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • High social skills and leadership competencies.
  • Multitasking and being able to coordinate between different functions and businesses.
  • Decision making. Result orientation. Creativity. Commitment. Open mindedness. Dynamic attitude.
  • Excellent language skills in English and preferably Arabic, or French or Turkish.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office and an open mind to on-line tools in general.
