Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Electronics & Communication Eng. or Computer Science Eng. or IT
Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in selling Communication Security Systems, Network Security Systems, IT Solutions etc.
Knowledge of spoken or written Arabic would be an additional advantage.
Job Responsibility:
• Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
• Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering customizations of products, equipment, and services.
• Travelling to visit potential clients.
• Establishes new accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedule.
• Making technical presentations of the product explaining how a product will meet customers’ needs
• Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating the products.
• Prepares market analysis reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information and market trends.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications.
• Identifying current and future customer service requirements.
• Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff.
• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
