DESCRIPTION
Hiring a Document controller for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and perform maintenance of the electronic document management system.
- Update registers and ensure documents are correctly scanned and electronically filed to facilitate electronic access.
- Perform maintenance of the Master drawing and materials register.
- Carry out distribution and tracking of drawings, materials, document submissions and correspondences.
- Control of incoming / outgoing correspondence and ensure documents are registered in the database.
- Maintain a current set of full size hard copy construction drawings superseding drawings as and when required.
- Handle preparation of various internal and external reports.
- Maintain the materials room for easy retrieval of submitted / approved materials.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Two to four years experience as Document controller.
- Capable of multitasking; strong time management.
- Detail-oriented with excellent prioritizing, organizing and analytical ability.
- Knowledge of online document control system.
- Outstanding English skills in written and verbal.
