Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Purchasing Manager through inventory purchasing and stock control activities, e.g. issue purchase orders and documents follow up.
- Processes purchasing orders, records the purchases and maintains database in the system.
- Keep the inventory in a healthy level, monitor the replenishment needs and inbound logistics management.
- Plan inventory based on sales trend and ordering lead time, strive for optimizing inventory value for the assigned items.
- Coordinates with freight forwarders and warehouse departments to have cargo delivered.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Customer Service, Sales, Quality, and the Warehouse team to keep track of inventory movement.
- Prepare analytical reports to optimize stock level. Monitor the inventory level and prepare stock forecasting.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder.
- Three to four years solid working experience as Purchase executive.
- Proficiency in MS Office Application.
- Professional demeanor and attitude.
- Good communication skill.
