About the position:
- Receive and check stock and report any defects/discrepancies to the Sales coordinator.
- Co-ordinate with W/S for pre-delivery requirements (e.g accessory fitment, washing, cleaning etc)
- Check and ensure that the vehicle has been prepared to the highest standard of quality for customer delivery.
- Building relationship with associates within workshop to achieve the common goal of delivering customer service values.
- Quality Check prior to delivery by performing road tests if required by business.
About you:
- High School
- 2 -3 years in a similar industry
- Good English communication skills (Read, Write & Speak English)
- Arabic is an added advantage
- Knowledgeable of vehicles and systems
- Candidate must possess UAE driving License
- An understanding of IT systems would be advantageous
- Understanding of Quality Standards of New Vehicle Delivery
